Because our wagyu ground beef is made up of more marbling fat and less outside fat, it has a much different taste than regular ground beef. Marbling has a lower melting point giving the ground beef a more tender mouth feel. That marbling is also higher in oleic acid giving it a more rich beefy flavor. (80% lean/20% fat)
