Karbui is a traditional Japanese cut from the rib the most marbled cut on the whole beef. It is cut thin and boneless leaving you a simple slab ready for the grill or skillet. Traditionally cooked on a Yakitori grill, like Korean BBQ. We tried it and it blew us away!
